What to have ready
You don't need anything to call. If you can, a photo of the area from the street, a rough size, what's there now, what street you're on (it decides whose permit the apron needs), whether there's an HOA, and what you want done will help us give you a faster answer. If you have the plat from your closing, it tells us where the easements are.
What happens next
We'll set a time for an estimator to come out — usually within a day or two — measure the job, look at the ground, check the easements and the lot coverage, and leave you an itemized written price good for 30 days, with the permit and its fee on its own line. No deposit is due until you've approved the price and we've scheduled the work.
